Numina

PATCH 9 FRIENDLY! Numina has been revised and is a playable character lineage that allows you to have limitless spell slots, and 4 ASI at the start, and at 5th level one spellcasting ability score can be increased up to 30. You can play as a Human, Elf, Tiefling, Dwarf, or Gnome version of a Numina.

Astralities' Tiefling Compendium

This mod adds more Tiefling subraces into the game, including 6 options from D&D 5e, Variant Tieflings, and 2 homebrew options

Halfling Unleashed - Lady Frodina the Bane of Hobbits

What's this, Hobbits?! Should such creatures be allowed to roam Faerûn?! Enraged by these strange new beings, the Haflings shouted: Thou shall not pass!

Half-Tiefs (Tiefling Horns and Tail for All)

Allows for more variety in tiefling designs, essentially adds all tiefling horns (+ 12 extra) and tail options for all other races (except dragonborn). Currently doesn't add extra Tags, see mod recommendation for that.

Wine and Revelry (Playable Satyr Race)

Adds the goat-legged merry Feywild natives as a playable race (using the Mythic Odysseys of Theros sourcebook), includes custom visuals for the bodies. (Experimental!)

Werewolf Potion FullGameReady

Adds potions to starting inventory (or get a new hireling): turn into a wolf or werewolf V.101 Add: steal potion from Withers and in tutorial potion chest, Werewolf acts like wildshape: if you fall to 0 you go back to normal form.

Playable Gnomes (Outdated)

This mod brings the Gnome races into a playable form in Baldurs Gate 3, including the subracesof Forest, Rock(Heavily WIP), and Deep Gnomes(as implemented already by Larian), along with acouple of fixes to the existing implementation of Darkvision and Superior Darkvision on Gnomes.
