Gives the player some damaged Vault Security Armor During the Vault 111 tutorial, to smooth out the difficulty of the first few levels whil the player is still accumulating gear.
Not a hard dependency, but the mod is balanced Lunar

This mod gives the player a Damaged copy of the Vault Tec Security Armor, and Helmet. Why Damaged? Because in Lunar Fallout Overhaul, the base armor of the Vault Security Armor is buffed up to 35. There are plenty of other mods on the nexus that do this exact same thing for vanilla, but they all use the vanilla armor item. This is basically just a version that's balanced for Lunar- the armor has 14 DR & 6 ER, and the helmet has 4 DR. Pretty good for the early game (better than a full set of raider), but the drawback is how heavy it it (15 lbs), and that other armor can't be worn with it.
The basic idea is to smooth out the difficulty of the very early game. It's hard to balance a modlist to be challenging, when the player is dropped into the game start with only 2 armor- it makes the super early game unnessarily punishing (compared to once the player gets a bit of armor).
