About this mod
Adds in a new item that will increase your S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats similar to the you're special book.
- Permissions and credits
Two versions -CRAFTABLE or LEVELED LIST versions (Appears in rare LL and on vendors rare goods lists).
Choose one or the other not both.
Currently they resemble nuclear waste scrap items but this will be updated at a later date with custom textures etc.
Can be scrapped.
CRAFTABLE AT CHEMBENCH.
NOTE: To use the canisters you have to drop the item first then attempt to pick it up same with scrapping the item.
As standalone items NIE'S will also added to my main mod ANGUISH - (feed me to the monsters) in an upcoming update - Anguish
Let me know if theres any issues, this was just a quick idea i had the other day kinda inspired by the green goo from the evil within games.
