Changes two things in the Christian doctrines:
1. Marriage consanguinity is set to restricted, since this is actually more historically accurate, and some of us don't like our houses turning into pools of incest. You can still marry people you are related to, they just have to be your second cousin at least.
2. Changes adultery by women to "shunned" rather than it being a crime. After all, in the eyes of the church, sex outside of marriage was a no-no for everyone. While punishment varied for different cultures for adulterous women, the church was never okay with the offending parties being killed or tortured, even in the middle ages.
This will likely conflict with any other mods that change the doctrines of Christianity, but it's so simple it can easily be applied to a patch.
