Major update!
No more using weird fixes or backwards compatibility.
Just run the EXE (requires your game to be in the default folder)
Install the Nvidia profile that is provided with Nvidia Profile Inspector
Done.
If the menu screen looks weird and the text is misaligned, congrats it's doing exactly what it's supposed to and will look great in-game!
Now the game will auto boot to borderless full screen and default to whatever your desktop resolution is.
Major shout out to Nuggs for doing the heaving lifting on the scaling issues. MGSM2Fix
I made the CRT filter and the Nvidia profile which makes the game look good and stabilizes the framerate.
No fix for AMD cards yet because I don't have an AMD card and no one to remote into to work with on one.
