Makes the stoves in Player homes function

Requirements

Changelogs
Description:
This makes the stoves included in the player homes actually function.
The Dream Home includes a functional Cooking Station so it's not touched by this mod

There are 2 versions, the cleaner one is Cooking Station version, which replaces the nonfunctional stoves. The other leaves the existing stock stove, overlays the Galley cooking trigger used in Ship Habs.

I've forwarded the cell changes from the Community patch to be included.

Issues:
Existing Stove version: I swapped the NIF used for the invisible marker, this may cause collision in other places. Not great, but limited tools. No issue with the Cooking Station version

The New Atlantis Penthouse cell has Reflection records, so we can't adjust it at this time, but I've worked up console commands to add support there. Looks further down.

If you are in, or recently visited the locations, sometimes the changes don't show up immediately, Leave the area, in console try: pcb
to clear the cell buffer, then wait 48 hours before going back.
It's also funky if you swap between versions...

Not recommended, but you could also do: resetinterior XXXXX
XXXX being the cell ID. Note this will also clear any decoration or changes

Install:
Extract and use Plugins.txt Enabler - this is the safest way to load mods, do not use the STestFile method as this can cause load order issues
Add the line to your plugins.txt file:
*WorkingStoves.esm

How:
Galleys in ships have an invisible activator for cooking, I basically cloned that, put it over the stove, and manually moved it around to find good coordinates.
Once it's possible to modify records with Reflections, this will be much cleaner, as I'll be able to create working furniture without using the
invisible overlay.

The Cooking station version, was just replacing what object, moving it around a little, and moving a clipped hand towel bar in Neon

Since I'm reusing an existing game item for it at the moment, it seems to work perfectly with SKK Universal Stash

UC Penthouse:
When in the penthouse, running this in the console should add the Galley version, and move it into position
