All Parts - No Satellite Parts Update V. 2.0
Update V. 2.0 - ESM file that only edits one record: ShipServices_TEMPLATE, adding all the part unlock keywords to the template.
This automatically unlocks all parts at all ship vendors, including the outpost ship builder at any outpost, without editing the individual NPC vendor records themselves, thus greatly reducing any potential conflicts.
Optional version ESM file includes Starstation parts.
All parts are still level-gated.
Installation:
Install as you would currently for ESM files.
Potential Conflicts:
Any mod that directly alters the ShipServices_TEMPLATE record will conflict with this mod.

This bat file will unlock all ship parts at all ship vendors without adding the satellite/starstation parts. It will also remove satellite/starstation parts from any ship vendors that already have these parts unlocked using another bat file mod.
All parts are still level locked.
Update 1.3 adds outpost shipbuilder.
Extract the text file AllPartsNoSat.txt into your Starfield game directory and activate it in-game using the console command bat AllPartsNoSat
Once activated, it will remain active throughout your playthrough without needing to re-run the command, as long as you save the game after running it.
Any new game, or different character game, will need to run the same console command to activate it for that game.
