When installing mid-game, it will work, but you might loose out on some of the benefits. The Cantrip option was apparently causing respec issues. If used in the past, it may be required to continue using it. So it's still available as a Legacy Version.
Install:
1. Extract into AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods
2. Activate the mod in your Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Manager
3. Save the Load Order
4. Naturize!
5. Mod Fixer may be needed
