When you start the game do Jumping Jacks for 2 minutes.
Every time the game crashes do 10 push-ups.
When the game is loading do Mountain climber burpees.
After a fight do 3 sets of bicep curls, If you die then you have to do bump that number to 10.
When building a settlement jump on the exercise bike in the meanwhile.
Use Hand Grips when someone is talking about something cringy in a cutscene.
If a settlement needs your help then do 15 squats.
After a f*#@ do 2 sets of bench-presses, 5 if it's with an uglymofo.
And do 15 Sit-ups everytime you complete a quest.
Now you look like Mike O'Hearn, Well done brother and keep lifting.
