   CHIM this is amazing!! This reminds me so much of Witcher 3 where they use premade animations, but string them perfectly with dialogues that you barely notice it.
   
   The timing with Frabbi saying "ale" and "bugs" with the arm movements is especially impressive.

      Thank you :) I have to say in game it does not gonna look the same way everytime, to have interaction like in a video both NPCs in conversation have to have arms folded overlay activated.
      By the way, it is already possible technically to add unique gestures to actors at certain quest stage and location, it's something to play with in a future

   Your animations add so much extra dynamism to npcs and conversations. Can never have enough of them.

   This is cool.I just had an idea. What about a "hands in pockets" animation? Maybe clip the hands into the model a bit to simulate the effect.

      I think in Skyrim it will be more common to place hands on belt, but it is absolutely possible to have hands in pockets assigned to some vanilla clothes wearers. There is lots I want to do with IFH, don't have a clear vision yet, so I appreciate you mentioning this idea
