If you happen to be playing GTA 3 through re3, I am very happy to provide a 100% and a Start Save for this version (these do NOT work with the original GTA 3). The 100% save has basically everything done in the game, while the Start Save was made for what I like to call, "New Game+" playthroughs. You basically start with only the first story mission done which was needed to unlock free roam, and all possible side content is done, which means you can continue the story with all buffs and rewards you got from all side content.
Save files location is inside the GTA 3/re3 directory, inside a folder called userfiles.
