    It is a bug in the Va'Ruun Inflictor. The gun as the anhiliator effect even if you don't have the mod on the gun. It gives friendly fire dammage to your follower and he gets mad at you for using this kind of prohibited rounds as if you had the gun mod installed.

    Install this mod : https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/6699
    It will remove the Anhiliator rounds effect (but it will return the particule damage to normal...).
